| Swimming WA would like to announce the 2011 Open Water State Championships will be held on Saturday 26th November 2011. Please Note - Registrations have been extended to 5.00pm Wednesday 23rd November 2011. Members should also note that all registrations from 16/11/2011 for entry into the OWS State Championships are via manual entry (form attached) and NOT openwaterswimming.com.au or clubs on line.
Whilst the majority of participants for the OWS State Champs did follow correct protocol and registered within the advertised timeframes, there was still some confusion regarding close of registrations given the non member inclusions at this event. For the avoidance of doubt, no further concessions will be made beyond the updated timeframe. |
